Homepage Impact: include tooltips or links that explain how pageviews are counted, or what "namespaces" are

The newcomer homepage is a feature to help newcomers get oriented when they first create their account, so they can figure out how to start editing quickly. One component of the homepage is the impact module, which shows newcomers how many pageviews the pages get they have edited, which is meant to motivate them about continuing to contribute.

Newcomers may be confused about where the numbers come from and what the difference is between edits to articles, and edits to other kinds of pages. We could add tooltips to the module to explain these things to the newcomer.

Here is a mockup of the module: https://wikimedia.invisionapp.com/share/KUQV2QDJ8A7#/screens/350926581

Looks like for now PopupWidget does not support action on hover:

Alternative is to use PopupButtonWidget, but I am not sure user will understand that he should click on a clock icon.

@Urfiner yes, we're looking to implement PopupButtonWidget, so you'd have to click to view it. You can see an example at https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-echo

I think we'd like to have one after "People are viewing the articles you edited!", so it would be "People are viewing the articles you edited![PopupButtonWidget]"

The popup would contain additional explanatory text that @MMiller_WMF could probably provide.

Also in the impact module, the title attribute of the a element could probably be more descriptive than "See detailed page views".

The Growth-Team will work on this in Q1.

@Trizek-WMF shared during team Grooming, "instead of adding a tool tip, we can alternatively provide a link to a wikipage that explains the tool".
