Something like OO.ui.version or OO.ui.getVersion() is needed.

What's the use case?

I came across this when I was trying to report a few issues, and I wanted to know which version of OOUI was in use where I saw those issues.

We could certainly add it into Special:Version pretty easily; I worry about adding more payload to all page views for such low user value, however.

It is a minor enhancement request; no big deal if the decision is to decline it.
