Make sure that the order of statements on the File page is correct

If there are a number of statement blocks with different properties entered, they should be displayed in the order of properties defined on the wiki page page MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties

(not sure what the order of properties should be for things NOT defined on that page)

Adding to current workboard because we'll need this if people start adding a lot of "unsupported" properties via API

Cormac had already implemented this, but hadn't yet confirmed it worked.
I just tested on my local environment, and it works just fine.
Properties defined on MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties will be displayed in the correct order.
Any property not defined on that page will appear below, in the order the statements were created.

Cannot reasonably be verified until other statements goes live

Note: once admins update the page that controls the order of statements, page caches will still be there so we'll either have to PURGE or wait for the caches to clear/expire (default 30 days).
