/logout view redirects to /index, which doesn't exist and shows 404 after successful logging out.
Waiting on https://github.com/valhallasw/flask-mwoauth/pull/25 to be merged, then https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/labs/tools/wikinity/+/522868 should be reverted.

The immediate problem should be fixed now, lowering priority. However, the change above just introduced an awful workaround for https://github.com/valhallasw/flask-mwoauth/pull/25. As soon as https://github.com/valhallasw/flask-mwoauth/pull/25 is merged or the underlying issue is fixed somehow else, the patch above should be reverted.
