As I was trying to reproduce an UploadWizard, I tried started an upload process. I grabbed the first file on my laptop, a 320px thumb of an old upload of mine.
The upload step fails spins for a bit but very quickly fails with « Unknown warning: "thumb: 320px-Fire_station_Hallstatt_-_October_2017_-_02.jpg". »
Clicking « Retry failed uploads » results in the following stacktrace:
