so, recently something was changed with imagemap parsing, and many maps which were legit before, became erroneous.

examples

• in "poly", one of the coords is outside image limits (e.g., "-1")
• in "poly", values delimited with commas instead of (or in addition to) spaces

these issues are exacerbated by the fact that
(a) no tracking category for imagemap errors
(b) adding [[Category:somecategory]] to the message text, does not work with imagemap (works with some other extensions)

i'm opening a new ticket, b/c of the recent changes (not sure _how_ recent: those were not announce, and TBH, were introduced as a breaking change) that rendered many previously working imagemaps as erroneous.
