This doesn't need to be anything too crazy, but it should be enough to give other developers ideas about how they can use cloudelastic and what it can do for them. It should ideally come with example code (python?) for talking to the cloudelastic cluster. This should all be documented somewhere (wikitech? mw.org?) for all the developers that can't attend the hackathon.
