After nominating a file on Wikipedia for deletion, the page sections show a duplicate of themselves

Description

The sections are only supposed to appear once: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=File%3AWplogo.png&type=revision&diff=892141140&oldid=892141101

However, on the actual page, they appear twice: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Wplogo.png&oldid=892141140

It duplicated itself, but the source code only shows one instance.

(Removing FileAnnotations as https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:FileAnnotations does not say that it is deployed on Wikimedia websites.
Removing Logos as per description of that project.)

The Commons templates on the other hand are not shown, so it seems as if the local description page was fetched when the software tried to get the Commons one.
