Voice typing inside of VE is not working

Expected behavior

1. Initiate the mobile VisualEditor
2. Place the cursor inside the document
3. The soft keyboard emerges
4. Contributor taps the talk-to-text button on Gboard
5. Contributor begins speaking
6. Contributor's spoken words are represented in text within the document

Actual behavior

1. Initiate the mobile VisualEditor
2. Place the cursor inside the document
3. The soft keyboard emerges
4. Contributor taps the talk-to-text button on Gboard
5. Contributor begins speaking
6. After Gboard listens to you speak, it jumps to "Please try again" directly, without attempting to transcribe anything.
7. (Repeat steps 4-6 and get the same result.)
