Homepage: Help module keeps asking for email address even it was already provided

Description

Hi,

while testing Homepage locally I noticed a strange behaviour. The help module asks for an email address even it was already provided using the Getting started module. I've reproduced this on beta cluster too. Interesting is that for my main beta account (User:Martin Urbanec), everything looks to be working correctly while on en.wikipedia beta, but after switching to ko.wikipedia beta, I'm asked for an email even it is shared between the betas.

Just checked it again, for case it was a matter of time. kowiki beta (for my acc User:Martin Urbanec), cswiki beta (User:Testing account 100) and local wiki (both User:Test 06 and User:Test 100) still ask for email.

Looks to be fixed by fa8f8c66cac9fe97b8c4e0470c52ed452e0a9d7d, is that right @Catrope / @kostajh ?
