Description

The cloudservices2002-dev.wikimedia.org server requires a bootstrap before we can consider it stable enough to put the LDAP server here (T218575: Reallocate LDAP database from labtestservices2001)

Some things to check:

the puppet role role::wmcs::openstack::codfw1dev::services has different profiles than the one in eqiad1 (in eqiad1, in fact, we have ::services_primary and ::services_secondary)
mariadb service refuses to start because it requires some manual steps to bootstrap the DB itself?
the local mariadb seems to be related to the pdns services. Perhaps this requires additional steps.

Reminder, this server is meant to host the LDAP service for codfw1dev.

I started to do some of the pdns/mariadb setup but I must've followed the wrong docs because I wound up with a schema that pdns can't deal with. Will start again soon.

pdns is now running and happily talking to the db. I added some docs to the puppet class about what I did.
