I.e., at least not returning HTTP 500, ideally run with full permissions.
Would have prevented T221696 and probably other bugs.

Are you thinking of this as a structure test? A part of the daily Selenium test on Beta Cluster?

There is already a structure test to test for fatal errors like this. I am not sure why it passed on this extension
