The "sourcecheck" template on English wikipedia currently has almost a million transclusions. Going to "what links here" for the template works, but when filtering when the namespace is not "talk" (using "invert selection"), the query times out with "PHP fatal error: entire web request took longer than 60 seconds and timed out"

Also, for the record, a query got the entirety of all (63) rows in the page table where the page was not in the talk namespace and transcluded the template in only 22.87 seconds (as of Sat Jul 20 2019) so there might be a better way to implement this special page.
Namespace handling was improved on Special:Whatlinkshere, seems to work now
