The follow-up for T93612: Auto-save post boxes locally

(1) After "Your unsaved changes have been automatically recovered" message appears, the open Reply areas need additional input to make 'Reply' button active again.

text entered in two Reply areas - 'Reply' buttons are active	One post is saved, another does not have 'Reply' active anymore'

Note: If two replies with entered text are open between different topics, saving one of them does not disable 'Reply' (save) button in another.

(2) Clicking Reply (to start a comment, not to post a comment) multiple times produces multiple "Your unsaved changes. have been automatically recovered"

• Open several Reply areas for the same topic.
• without any input into the Reply text area - click on the same Reply link again and again - "Your unsaved changes..." message will appear although there was no text to save and 'Reply' (save button) was not clicked.
