Hello @Shahadat, Content Translation is not really usable for Wikibooks now, hence this can't be done. I will have to decline this request.

However, could you please let us know how you were planning to use Content Translation on Wikibooks? It will be helpful for us to understand the features that would provide an optimal experience in that context. Thanks.
