User story: N/A

We have this:

In user preferences, there's an option for "Add pages and files I edit to my watchlist." But when users click 'undo' in the page history, the page is not added to their watchlist.

We want this:

When a user's preferences are set to add all edited pages/files to their watchlist, any structured data edit on a file (either captions or statements) including undo should be included in that requirement and automatically add the page to the user's watchlist.
