Steps to Reproduce:
Open any article
Tap on the appearance themes icon in the toolbar
Change the theme to sepia
Actual Results:
Appearance panel is shown in #FFF
Expected Results:
Appearance panel is shown in #F0E6D6 Papyrus

Popover on Places
@cmadeo popoverBackground is white on sepia (via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T169149 and https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T176800#3657272). Should this be defined as something other than popoverBackground or should popoverBackground change to Papyrus on sepia?
@JoeWalsh, thanks for pointing these out. You have a much better memory than me!
Let's define this as something other than popoverBackground as I believe that we defined popoverBackground as white on Sepia due to the colors used on the alerts. Sorry to introduce yet another element type to our repertoire, but I think in this case it would be more consistent to have the Appearance panel appear as Papyrus.
