Suggested here by @Omotecho: have a cultural module, where people could get information about:

how the wiki works. Like by having a "word of the day", with a definition.
how some tools work "do you know that you have a watchlist?"
how to make a particular action "do you know that you can suggest a change on the talk page?"

Because the team is prioritizing "newcomer tasks" (T227728), this additional module would not be a priority until later in the year (if at all).
