Requirements

The translations list should be recreated when there are new languages added in Translatewiki
- The UI language menu on the top of the page should read the translations list.
- The language names should be read from the location which is most compatible with Wikimedia projects > check. Currently, the language names are stored in a text file that has initially been read from Wikidata. Should this be local static or Wikidata dynamic?
