Currently, file cache of a page does not update for the non-logged in (anonymous) users after a comment has been placed on that page. So anonymous users that come after the comment has been placed do not see the updated version of the page with the new comment.

Disabling the file cache is the only way I've been able to make the comments appear for anonymous users.
Is there another way to make it work while keeping the file cache?
