I cannot login to gerrit with my (otherwise functional) wikitech account. After trying to login, it tells me:
Cannot assign user name "msyn" to account 7123; name already in use.
In T220867 I was told to file a separate request for my account. However, as it was not that simple to figure out what is wrong here, I suggest to fix this problem for all affected users without this kind of bureaucracy on a per-user basis. I already had to wait almost two weeks with no progress now.

We plan to fix this for all potentially affected users as part of our next upgrade, but there are (as always) problems nested in problems. For now I'm playing whack-a-mole manually fiddling in the database/user git repo.
