Re-record words of deleted recordings
Closed, ResolvedPublicFeature

Description

When I record words with LinguaLibre sometimes a recording is not right, so I delete in the step "Publish" of the Wizzard. But then there is no way to redo these recordings then manually writing the down and reselecting them.

Proposal: When recordings are deleted, have a button "redo deleted recordings" that brings the user back to the word-selection and selects all the removed words.

Waiting that this feature be implemented, it is already possible to "delete" a pronunciation during the "Recording" step. To do so, you can simply press the "Del" button, so that the pronunciation is deleted and you can re-record it directly.
That's said, I agree that this shortcut should be documented somewhere.

Yes, but often I only notice in the "Publish" step that a recording isn't proper.

With the new UX implemented (T240552), you can now listen to records and delete them directly from the studio step, where you can also re-record them. Thereby I think we can consider this task as resolved.
