I remember that time are almost SWAT-ed by zeljkof.

I can available that time if I have a deploy access (I have no deploy access or logstash access now).

I have deploy access and sometimes already do the SWAT (with supervision by @Ladsgroup or @Addshore), and I’d be okay with being added to the list too. (I asked about that a few months back, actually, but I think my message got lost because everyone was at the offsite, and I didn’t follow up so far.)

It is wrong; we hit this issue today. The other thing that goes along with having a good eu list is to make sure someone on the list is around during the swat time; we tried pinging people from past deploys but folks were missing in meetings during the first half hour or so.

I also asked to be added there in the last year's hackathon :)

It it not "wrong". It is the entirety of the list of SWATers, sadly. The three EU-based SWATers have all departed or stopped, for various reasons.

I've talked with @Ladsgroup at Wikimedia-Hackathon-2019. He's fine with being added to the list of swat deployers. He also said there's another person he would recommend for a swat deployer, and another one he would like to train. @Ladsgroup, please correct me if I got it wrong. 😁

Yes, @Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE is also okay with being added to the list and I'm willing to train two other devs at wikidata team.

@greg @Jdforrester-WMF I vaguely remember one of you edited the template of deployments page. Can you add @Ladsgroup and @Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE to SWAT deployers?
