shouldn't it rather be :
Notifying me if our wiki gets renamed.

- 'Notifying' should be 'Notify'
- 'gets renamed' (which is slang) should be 'is renamed'

Currently https://github.com/miraheze/CreateWiki/blob/929e25fba01ee0b9c1b50f6b5016f4975a8d3268/i18n/en.json#L36 says:
"echo-pref-tooltip-wiki-rename": "Notify me if my wiki is renamed.",
Is this still an issue?

Looks like this is not a string included in the Notifications code base at all, so I was wrong.
This should have been reported to https://github.com/miraheze/CreateWiki instead. And it seems fixed now, indeed.
