Description

This message is ungrammatical. The title suggests it's a tooltip, so "Notifying me" should be "Notify me". And should "we wiki" be "my wiki", "our wiki", "this wiki" or "the wiki"? Finally, "gets renamed" is slang, "is renamed" is the normal passive voice.
