Hi,
Thanks for the request.
How should the name of the language appear? It must be written in the language itself, so it is likely different from its name is standard Portuguese. It must also be unique, so it would be possible to find it in a list of list of languages, and since there are several languages named "Creole", it should probably include something that makes it unique, perhaps the name of the country.
I can find several variants: maybe "Kriol di Gine-Bisau" or "Kriol di Guine-Bisau"? Or "Kriyol"? Or something else?
Thanks!
Hi Amire,
I believe it should be "Guinensi", actually: http://www.edi-colibri.pt/Detalhes.aspx?ItemID=2299
I just confirmed with people from Bissau that it is used there as a synonym of kriol or criol.
Thanks,
