Description

Currently Pattypan isn't doing local duplicate detection like for example Pywikibot. The Commons duplicate detection at upload seems to be acting up so we end up with quite a few duplicates. Let's implement it. FYI @Harmonia_Amanda (who encountered the issue some time ago)

Yarl just showed me a brand new version with working duplicate detection.
