The community on the Papiamentu Wikipedia would like to use the option to create article placeholders on their pap.wikipedia. Could the article placeholder (extension?) be deployed?

@Lydia_Pintscher Hello, I was told by @Ladsgroup this requires your approval, as the product manager. Could you have a look and tell me if it's okay to proceed with this one? Thanks!
Thanks for checking in :) The main issue is that we can't roll it out to larger wikis due to performance issues. This wiki should be fine so good to go from my side.
Thanks for giving this a try!

Deployed. https://pap.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AboutTopic/Q42 seems to display something, but it seems you need to create the template as well. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ArticlePlaceholder and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ArticlePlaceholder/Module:AboutTopic for some docs.
