I think this also depends on T165648 (because we still use nrm instead of nrf for the Macrolanguage).

Apparently codes for lexemes are distinct from monolingual ones. We could solve this first and wait for the other to be sorted out . or whatever.

I suggest sorting out T165648 first to avoid having to change things later.

I'm not sure if that can be sorted out. There seems to be lots of politics and possible conflicts of interests involved, none really related to the simple issue at hand.

Why did you delete the request to people to disclose such conflicts?

Since these two languages have been added as monolingual language code, we can move forward with Lexemes as well.
