I already wrote a script that removes Patch-For-Review when it's not needed but I run it on my account and it's spammy. Can I have a token to run it with that user which is configured not to send email? Thank you

You're doing nothing wrong, and I wonder what your expectation is based on. There is no reason why people should not get notifications from bot activity.
For now, I also can make a bulk job but I need someone with access to phab1003 node to silence it
