I tried following https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Addresses#Add_host_name, but when trying to create "sso.wmflabs.org." under https://horizon.wikimedia.org/project/dnszones/
I get the error "Unable to create the zone.", so this seems to be missing some setting/permission.

This zone should already have been created during project creation, I do not think we need to hand out zone creation permissions to users.

(And even if we did it probably would not work anyway due to the wmflabs.org zone existing in a tenant normal users cannot control)

I've created that domain on the commandline. It should've been automatically created; I'm not sure what went wrong.
