@Catrope and I looked at this just now; based on https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:P%C5%99%C3%ADsp%C4%9Bvky/J%C3%A1n_Kepler&offset=20190525160500&target=J%C3%A1n+Kepler&limit=3 it appears that this user made an edit with the help module (https://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedie:Pot%C5%99ebuji_pomoc&diff=prev&oldid=17271449), reverted it, then copy pasted the wikitext into the mentorship module text. I don't think this is a bug. cc @Urbanecm

When exploring the issue reported, I found a curios case that I think is related to what was described in this task - if a user enters (pastes) a header in a format of
- Through Help module or Mentorship module post a normal question, e.g.
- Using the header format, paste the next question into the Help (Mentorship) module in the following format: e.g. :
== Help module question 2 from user homepage (07:25, 4 June 2019) == test2 for pasted header
The history shows only additions.
