Igor Kim (@Igorkim78) has access to wikidata/query/rdf but not to wikidata/query/blazegraph and when trying to submit patch for the latter this error message is displayed:

! [remote rejected] HEAD -> refs/publish/master/T200612 (cannot add patch set to 502311.)

We need to enable the access to Igor for wikidata/query/blazegraph too.
