Description

I have the edits since I last looked at the article grouped together. If these edits make no change to the article in question I would like the ability to filter them such that they do not appear in my watchlist.

For example this comes up on my watchlist

19:48 Benzodiazepine‎‎ 2 changes history0‎ [TheDoDahMan‎; 2601:345:8302:1521:74DC:31C5:126:D939‎]

Which gives no change
