Yeah, that feels exceptionally heavy for a secondary action button.

As stated on the pull request at https://github.com/wikimedia/WikimediaUI-Style-Guide/pull/200 I understand the need for such an icon in other contexts.
We should probably settle on a different name for now and then do a rename-action ('info' => 'infoOutline'; new 'infoNotice'(?!) => 'info' over several releases or even put current 'info' icon out of the OOUI collection.

@alexhollender For completion, in Arabic the consensus with volunteer inputs was to use a 'lightbulb' instead of the 'info' icon. Should be followed in MF as well…

I'm not familiar with changing an icon on a per-Wiki basis. Is that a capability we have?
