Problem:
We want to know how many templates are already converted to work with the Wikidata Bridge. We want to know the trend over time and which projects are converting at which rate.

Acceptance criteria:

• a dashboard exists that tracks the number of converted templates over time
• data is available split by project and aggregated for all Wikimedia projects
• data is available as absolute numbers as well as as a percentage of existing templates that use data from Wikidata

Notes:

• We count partially converted templates (templates where only some of the parameters have been connected to Wikidata) as converted for the sake of this metric.
