Description

Please see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Zeugma_fr#Template:Mechanical_Curator_image/fr

The user found that "This tag does not indicate..." does not change language based on user preference but instead changes language by global preference.

This is related to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Mechanical_Curator_image/fr which still displays a notice in English
