Our user group was recognized on May 17, 2019. We wish to have a mailing list to better organize our communication. If you need more information, let me know.

Hello @Abdallahbigboy

I have now created the Wikimedia-Tchad list and you should have revived the admin password via email. All mailing list settings have been left in the default configeration . Please review and update the list settings as necessary via the admin page. Please add the list to [[m:Mailing lists/Overview]].
