Troubleshooting false positive alarms for mediawiki checker we discovered that there are missing altergroups events,
because user group expiry events introduced end of 2017 are not taken into account in the reconstruction algorithm.
We should parse and add those to the chain.
We should find if there's a related log line in the logging table, or we have to fake it by looking at other events.
