Currently we are still using standard bootstrap colours across the site. These will be updated to match the colours used on the mocks.
Some decisions on how we are going to show active / inactive states are still needed before finalising all colours (including active / inactive and hover states)

The Bootstrap btn-primary and btn-warning colours have been changed to the Wikidata blue and red.
Hover states have been left as default.
btn-primary:disabled has been changed from default blue to grey
changed the use of bootstrap "warning" colour for stats labels and user table highlight. Orange from commons has been used instead.
