  • mo.wiktionary.org is redirected to ro.wiktionary.org
  • mo.wikipedia.org is redirected to ro.wikipedia.org

Therefore remove these codes from closed_wikis and add aliases for it

This doesn't seem to be true. At least my browser gets a server not found... On the other hand ro.wiktionary.org also doesn't exist.

My browser also gets server not found for wikitionary.org :D just a typo
