The Generation have sent some documents now, and asked us to update them and send them back by mail. I've forwarded the documents to @Lokal_Profil

I've looked it through and it seems ok. On 9.1 we would tick option 2. Pinged @Historiker in case he wants to take a look (very much optional).
While we can print and sign the document we are not fulfilling the ticked option until T227740: Web form: add information about management of personal data is handled.
