Description

Steps to reproduce

Visit https://en.m.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=10thjunechrome&action=history
Expand the filter revisions form
Type random letters in the "Tag filter" field so that no results will be shown
Click "Show revisions" button

Expected results

A friendly message saying something like "No results were found" is shown

Actual results

A white void that offers no hope for the future

Note: This currently affects minerva (desktop) the most and vector to some extent, but will affect the mobile site as well when T223204 is on production. Here is how it looks/will look:
