Description

A mouth ago,China govnment has blocked Wikipedia server,We can't use AWB in china,can Any Developer change IP address from Wikipedia to MediaWiki serve(Maybe it's suitable),This is not a bug.

AWB doesn't have an IP address. It edits from your IP address using whatever IP address your DNS locates you to for the Wikimedia servers...

I don't see any particular sensitive information in this ticket so I'd say to unrestrict it.

Also, per @Reedy I suggest to close this as invalid. No AWB bug.

It's possibly a dupe of another ZH blocking type task (they appear periodically)
