Description

The attribute name of the donation forms in the different skins are not descriptive and hard to analyse in Matomo.

Acceptance Criteria

Matomo displays the different dontation forms in its Form Analytics plugin by using a unique descriptor. (e. g. skin name-donation-#)

Notes

At least 10h16 uses the form id as a selector, so all occurrences need to be replaced.
