With gerrit:447397 Support was added in pywikibot for both T112577: Make it possible to add a qualifier together with a new claim using new_claim.addQualifier() and T170432: Function to add a claim with source in a single edit. As a result some of the claim adding mechanisms of WikidataStuff can be simplified while also making it more efficient.
