Description

Table property configurations should be stored (by-role) in operations/puppet, and copied to the corresponding cluster nodes.

Completion criteria:

A no-op configuration for at least one production Cassandra cluster has been successfully version controlled in the Puppet repository, and is automatically conveyed to the corresponding Cassandra nodes.
