We've recently started using gerrit hashtags for tagging SWAT deployments (ie: swat-2019-06-27-eu). I was wondering if it'd be possible to build a bot to avoid having to list the patches on Wikitech manually, but simply tagging them with the appropriate SWAT tag would get it done. To avoid being abused, probably the feature would've to be restricted to members of the Trusted Contributors Gerrit group (as well as Administrators, RelEng, etc.).
