Echo badges on left edge of screen results in flyouts not lining up properly with badges or edge of screen

Description

Flyouts seem to always want to be 20px away from edge of screen, minimum, regardless of whether or not badges are that far away. Thus:

I think this might be happening in OOUI (and arguably it's a feature?). Where can one reproduce this?

(Moving to TBF unless there's a real-world case where this causes problems)

Screenshot is CologneBlue, but is unlikely to be the only example.
