Description

Recently I start getting 403 Forbidden HTTP Error on query.wikidata
It's just when I use VPN. Until yesterday everything is normal, even now when I not using VPN, I do not get the error.

Please add more details - what exactly are you doing? What is the error you are getting (preferably full headers)?
